Freshmen Aggie Ladies Leading
F A Q S
Is FALL only for girls?
No, as a FLO, FALL accepts applicants of any gender! Anyone can join as long as they’re passionate about empowering women.
Why FALL?
We created FALL to be an organization that not only helps freshmen transition into college, but to thrive through our pillars of empowerment, leadership, service, and community. FLOs consistently receive more applications from women than men and we saw an unmet desire for more freshmen to get involved in leadership.
When can I meet FALL?
We will be participating in MSC Open House, the All-FLO informational, and will be bannering at the MSC! For more information, please click on our "APPLY" section.
What does a typical week in FALL look like?
We have two required meetings a week. One is your committee meeting and the other is the General Committee Meeting. Your committee meeting will be with a small group of freshmen and two staff members. You’ll be able to work on events and other activities related to your committee. The GCM is where you’ll be with the entire organization and hear from speakers and learn about campus resources.
Why join a brand-new FLO?
As a three year old FLO, members of this new organization can help shape FALL and establish the legacy it will carry in future years. We also will be involved in any of the ALL-FLO events and will have great networking opportunities.
What are you looking for in an applicant?
We are looking for freshmen who are authentically themselves and passionate about our pillars. We want all FALL members to be open and ready to pour into the organization as well as their own personal growth
