At each weekly meeting, members will hear from women in the community who are empowered in their respective career. Freshmen will also be part of a committee that will empower them through hands on leadership experience. 

The Service and Outreach committees work most closely with organizing service projects, but all freshmen will have the opportunity to participate in various service events throughout the year.

In each committee, freshmen will have the chance to plan different events. Committee executives serve to provide freshmen with information and resources needed to plan events, but ultimately the freshmen are the people creating it. The Leadership committee also serves to provide members with opportunities to develop leadership skills. 

The Social committee is the primary source of creating community within FALL as they are the group that plans social events. Additionally, FALL has Matriarchies (small groups) that consist of two executives and a group of freshmen. These serve to give freshmen a close knit community and strong support system.
